Why Vend at Pit Row?
Pit Row Concert Series is bringing hundreds of music lovers to Irvington for 7.5 hours of Southern Roots Country. That means a captive, engaged crowd ready to eat and experience everything the festival has to offer.
This is your opportunity to put your business in front of a passionate audience in a premium festival setting. Space is limited — don’t wait to apply.
Included In Fee:
- Outdoor concert event with high foot traffic
- Pre-promotion of you being there
- Listing on the Pit Row website and social media
- Exclusive menu offerings. Each vendor will have a different menu
NOT Included In Fee:
- Tents
- Tables
- Supplies
- Signage
- Electricity
- Water
Policies
- Generators must be quiet and safe
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event, and cleaning up area after the event
- Vendors are allowed no more than 4 workers
- If approved, you will be required to submit a copy of your business license and most recent health inspection certificate.
Setup and breakdown time will be provided prior to the event.
